THE SWEET SPOT BAKERY is a cozy roadside microbakery and the home of handcrafted, naturally leavened sourdough and sweets. Everything is baked in small batches using simple ingredients and plenty of care.

Our breads and treats are available for pre-order pickup or from a selection of packaged items at the stand. We’re open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am–5pm, conveniently located at 1402 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, RI. Stop by and enjoy something warm, comforting, and made from scratch.

Behind The Sweet Spot Bakery is Nicholle Fourquet, a Johnson & Wales University graduate trained in culinary arts and culinary nutrition. Her love for naturally leavened breads and small-batch baking comes from a belief that food should be both nourishing and comforting.

Each bake reflects her commitment to quality ingredients, thoughtful technique, and the joy of sharing homemade food.

Hi, I’m Nikki — a stay-at-home mom, former chef, and life long baker. With a bachelor’s degree in culinary nutrition and a deep love for recipe testing, I’m passionate about creating baked goods that are both thoughtful and delicious. Baking has always been part of my life, a beautiful blend of science, creativity, & love—I can’t wait to share it with you. 🍪🍞
